Donation terms
Donations are received by Fundacja Insolitum, KRS 0001091091, NIP 7182168920, ul. Leśna 2, 18-400 Giełczyn, Polska. Contact: kontakt@insolitum.pl.
Purpose
Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases of goods or services. They support the foundation’s statutory mission, including education and assistance for autistic people and their families. If you wish to restrict your gift to a specific purpose, contact us before donating to agree whether we can accept it.
How to give
You choose the amount. Transfer PLN to IBAN PL08114017750000571891002001, using “Darowizna na cele statutowe” as the reference. For international transfers, check fees and required beneficiary details with your bank. Currency conversion and processing fees are determined by your bank or payment provider. We do not promise a specific outcome from an individual gift or that processing is cost-free.
Online payments
Only payment options currently shown in the donation section are available. A link opens the provider’s page, where you select an amount and authorise payment. Available methods depend on factors including device, country and currency. Opening a link or returning to this website does not confirm receipt of funds. Confirmation is provided by your bank or payment provider. This website does not itself initiate recurring charges.
Questions, mistakes and refunds
For an accidental or duplicate gift or a payment issue, email kontakt@insolitum.pl with the date, amount, payment method and transaction reference. Do not send full card details. We aim to reply within 14 days and will let you know if resolving the issue with the provider requires longer. Refund requests are considered individually under applicable law; an agreed refund will normally use the original payment method. These terms do not limit rights provided by mandatory law.
Other information
A donation is different from allocating 1.5% of Polish income tax. Tax relief depends on your circumstances and applicable law. The terms in place at the time of your gift apply to that gift. See our privacy notice for information about personal data.
